Complete Program Rules and Regulations

1.    This program is free and open to persons enrolled in ninth-12th grade at any Central Ohio high school. No purchase necessary.

2.    The Judging Panel will select 10 monthly student award recipients from the nominees submitted before the monthly deadline. High school teachers identified on the nomination form corresponding to student award recipients will receive $250 to be used for classroom supplies and a White Castle Crave party for his/her classroom in recognition of the student. The monthly student award recipients will be recognized in ThisWeek Community Newspapers and on www.ThisWeekNEWS.com and become eligible for the annual scholarship awards, provided in part by the Ohio Tuition Trust Authority. Awards will be determined by the Judging Panel and all decisions are final. Awards include: three (3) scholarships of $2,500; five (5) scholarships of $1,000; and fifteen (15) scholarships of $500 for a total of 23 scholarship recipients totaling $20,000. Scholarship award recipients will be announced at the Atlas Butler Awards Banquet in May/June, 2012. All scholarships will be fulfilled by OTTA directly with recipient.

3.    All entries must be made through ATLASTBUTLERAWARDS.com. . Incomplete entries will not be accepted.

4.    By submitting a nomination for this program the entrant is providing permission to receive emails from sponsors.

5.    To be eligible to be selected as a monthly award recipient, the entrant's nomination must be received by no later than 12 midnight on the fifteen (15th) day of each month during the program, which begins August 18, 2011 and concludes on May 15, 2012 at 12 midnight.

6.    The Dispatch Printing Company and affiliated companies and/or sponsors including Atlas Butler, White Castle and Ohio Tuition Trust Authority (OTTA) and affiliates are not responsible for a person's inability to complete the required entry whether due to equipment malfunction or other difficulties and are not responsible for lost entries. All entries submitted become the property of The Dispatch Printing Company.

7.    Student award recipients will be selected by a panel of judges, and the decisions of the panel are final.

8.   Employees of The Dispatch Printing Company, Atlas Butler, White Castle, OTTA their advertising agencies, affiliated companies, sponsors and the immediate families of the aforementioned groups are not eligible.

9.   By submitting an entry, nominees agree to be bound by the rules of the program and agree that the sponsoring companies shall have the right, free of charge, to publish and broadcast by any means the names and photographs of the award recipients. 

10.      All decisions of Judging Panel are final.  Program organizers reserve the final judgment on all matters pertaining to this program including the right to change or modify the rules, discontinue or extend the program without prior notice.

11.    Scholarship recipients are solely responsible for any applicable taxes.
