The 6-3, 195-pound Kingcade was a starter for three seasons and saved his best for last.


Leading a triple-option offense, Kingcade rushed for 772 yards on 161 carries and 13 touchdowns and was 60-for-124 passing for 993 yards and seven touchdowns.


"It all started with him," coach Vince Trombetti said. "We made the call, but we know when we made the call he could take a look at what he sees and run the play or check to the other side to a different play if the first option isn't open. He made the right call 99 times out of 100."


Kingcade was a co-Player of the Year in the OCC-Central Division with Upper Arlington's Tommy Farwick and Hilliard Darby's Brandon Bargar. Kilbourne finished 9-3 and qualified for the playoffs for the first time since 2005.
