• Between 9:30 and 11:15 a.m. Oct. 3, in the 300 block of Morrison Road: A woman reported someone broke into her apartment and stole two rings, other jewelry, clothing, a cell phone and $500 cash.

• Between 9 a.m. Sept. 9 and 9 a.m. Sept. 26, in the 4000 block of North Stygler Road: A woman reported an incident of identity theft.

• 12:46 a.m. Oct. 4, in the 200 block of Prince of Wales Drive: Someone threw a burning object at the door of a residence.

• 6:18 p.m. Sept. 29, in the 600 block of Knights Avenue: A woman reported the theft, in August, of 20 DVDs from her residence.

• Between 8 a.m. Sept. 28 and 11 a.m. Oct. 1, Ambassador Commons Park, 639 Gahanna Highlands Drive: City workers reported someone broke off three tree saplings about 6 inches above the ground. Loss is estimated at about $450. A split-rail fence also was damaged, workers said.

• 10:47 a.m. Oct. 4, in the 800 block of Venetian Way: A resident reported the theft of a manhole cover.

• Between 11:26 and 11:28 p.m. Sept. 26, CVS, 60 N. Stygler Road: A couple reportedly stole $444 worth of condoms and left in a white van.

• 5:56 a.m. Oct. 2, in the 300 block of South Hamilton Road: Police found graffiti painted on a wall.

• Theft from or vandalism to autos was reported from the 100 block of Serran Drive, the 400 block of Forestwood Drive, the 1100 block of Morrison Road and the 500 block of Officenter Place.

• 2:32 a.m. Sept. 29, in the 100 block of North Hamilton Road: Following a traffic stop, police arrested and charged a Lancaster man with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, expired plates and driving outside marked lanes. They impounded three packaged syringes and an unidentified liquid in a brown bottle.

• 11:07 p.m. Sept. 29, in the 500 block of Salisbury Court: Police charged a man with assault. He was accused of hitting and pushing his girlfriend.

• 1:20 a.m. Oct. 1, in the first block of North Hamilton Road: Police charged a Columbus man with OVI and driving outside marked lanes.

• 10:16 a.m. Oct. 1, in the 400 block of Granville Street: Police arrested a man on a warrant charging him with criminal damaging.

• 2:48 a.m. Oct. 3, U.S. Route 62 at North Stygler Road: Police charged a motorcyclist who had been clocked at 72 miles per hour on Agler Road with OVI, operating a vehicle without a license and speeding.

• 2:55 a.m. Oct. 3, in the 100 block of West Johnstown Road: Police charged a man with OVI and no brake light.

• 4:51 p.m. Oct. 3, I-270 at I-670: Police charged a Columbus man with possession of cocaine and crack cocaine. He was a passenger in a car driven by someone whose license had been suspended.

• 8:22 a.m. Oct. 1, BP, 407 Granville St.: A juvenile was charged with criminal damaging after allegedly painting his initials on the rear door of a business.

• Between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Oct. 1, in the 8300 block of Kennedy Road, Blacklick: A woman reported a burglar broke into her home and stole an $850 flat-screen television and a $500 Insight cable box.

• 6:25 p.m. Oct. 2, in the 5600 block of Henselwoods Drive: A woman reported she received a threatening telephone call.

• 4:40 p.m. Oct. 1, in the 2000 block of Havens Court, Blacklick: A woman reported someone she knows had cheated her out of $2,000.

• Between Sept. 15 and Oct. 1, in the 1300 block of Windrush Circle, Blacklick: A woman reported the theft of a $2,000 statue of a boy swinging a baseball bat from her backyard. It is 3 feet tall and made of stone, she said.

• 10 p.m. Oct. 4, in the 1200 block of Canterhurst Street, Blacklick: A woman reported someone she knows threatened to harm her.

• Between 11:30 a.m. and noon Oct. 2, Dismass Distribution Services, 6772 Kilowatt Circle, Blacklick: An employee reported the theft of 548 bracelets worth a total of $6,000.

• Between 1 and 9 a.m. Oct. 3, in the 8600 block of Greylag Street, Blacklick: A woman reported the theft of $300 worth of CDs and a Nintendo DS from her car.
