Theatre students at Pickerington High School Central will present a four-night run of Aaron Sorkin's "A Few Good Men" this week.

Performances will take place at Central at 8 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Nov. 12-14.

A final performance will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 15.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for students, and can be reserved by calling (614) 833-3043. Tickets also will be sold at the high school prior to each night's performance.

Central theatre teacher Shannon Cook will direct and produce the courtroom drama, which finds two Marines on trial for murder.

Cast members are: Jacob Dittoe as Lt. j.g. Daniel A. Kaffee; Stacy Shelts as Lt. Cmdr. Joanne Galloway; Devon McDowell as Lt. Col. Nathan Jessep; Zachery Williams as Lt. Jack Ross; Kevin Lobe as Lt. j.g. Sam Weinberg; David Drummond as Capt. Matthew A. Markinson; Evan Crawford as Lt. Jonathon James Kendrick; Tanner Schopman as Lance Cpl. Harold W. Dawson; Ryan Knight as Pfc Louden Downey and Andrew Beasley as Pfc. William T. Santiago.

Director/producer is Shannon Cook; technical director is Eric Womack; stage manager is Chelsea Neeley and the assistant stage managers are Kristi Chapman and Cammy Ulm.

Colin Murray, a PHS Central graduate now attending Otterbein College, is lighting designer for the production. Costume designers are Diana Morgan and Stacey Vansant.

Insurance agent Keely Weaver is sponsoring a winter coat collection drive through Nov. 24.

Coats may be dropped off Monday through Friday at 194 W. Church St.

Winter coats are in great demand throughout Fairfield County. Weaver is working in conjunction with Jenny Ruff at Fairfield County Job and Family Services.
