Saturday,  November 28, 2009 3:35 PM

Curtain Players will present "A Little House Christmas" for a three-weekend run through Dec. 13 at its Harlem Road theater.

Audience members are asked to bring nonperishable food items to donate. Goods collected will be delivered to the Westerville Area Resource Ministry. Cash donations also will be accepted.

Based on the popular "Little House" series of books by Laura Ingalls Wilder, this stage production is set in the Ingalls home on Christmas Eve. Pa and Ma Ingalls involve their daughters Laura and Mary in planning a dinner and square dance to celebrate the Christmas with family and neighbors. When a storm threatens their holiday joy, Mary and Laura learn the true meaning of friendship.

Adrianna Quinones of Sunbury plays Mary in the production.

"A Little House Christmas" will be staged at 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays on Dec. 4, 5, 11 and 12, and at 2 p.m. Sundays, Dec. 6 and 13. Tickets are $14, $12 for senior citizens and students. Tickets may be reserved on line at www.curtainplayers.com or by calling (614) 360-1000.
