3. Proposed Legislation - To Authorize the City Manager to Amend the Contract with Pentamation, Inc. for Software Maintenance for the Finance and Development Departments

Proposed Legislation - To Authorize the City Manager to Renew the Contract with VisionAIR, Inc. for the Maintenance Contract Renewal Including Licensing Fees Required to Operate the Records Management System for the Police and Fire Divisions and the Computer Aided Dispatch for the Communications Unit.

5. Proposed Legislation - An Ordinance Approving the Application Regarding the Kingsdale Community Entertainment District

6. Proposed Legislation - An Ordinance Declaring the Improvement of Certain Real Property Located Within the Kingsdale Core in the City of Upper Arlington, Ohio to be a Public Purpose; Declaring Such Property to be Exempt from Real Property Taxation; Designating Public Improvements to be Made That Will Benefit Such Property; Requiring Annual Service Payments in Lieu of Taxes; Authorizing the Execution of a Service Payment Agreement with the Property Owner; Establishing a Municipal Public Improvement Tax Increment Equivalent Fund; and Declaring an Emergency
