The football stadiums at Darby and Davidson high schools will have artificial turf next year.
Bradley High School already has artificial turf.
School board members on March 15 approved a $1.6 million contract with Hellas Construction to install artificial turf at both stadiums.
Work could begin in the middle of May at both high schools, said Assistant Superintendent Mike McDonough.
The fields are expected to be finished by mid-July, McDonough said.
