Reynoldsburg police responded to reports that a man might be using drugs inside a dumpster near a local business.
Two officers said they found the man inside the dumpster at 10:03 a.m. on March 29 at a business in the 2900 block of Taylor Road.
The man was "actively huffing compressed air cans" while he was in the dumpster, according to the police report.
The 42-year-old man, a Lewis Center resident, was arrested. Charges are pending in Fairfield County, police said.

* Officers responded at 11:19 a.m. March 27 to a report that someone shot at a house and vehicles in the 1100 block of Carrousel Drive East. The resident said she thought the shooting happened sometime the evening of March 26.
* A woman reported she was walking her dog with her grandchildren at 5:43 p.m. on March 27 in the 1000 block of Hillridge Road when two dogs charged after them. She told police she had to grab her dog and cross the street to avoid the dogs and was almost hit by a car.
* A man reported he was assaulted at about 1 a.m. March 25 at his residence in the 8100 block of Artisan Way. He told police a 46-year-old Etna resident beat on his front door, then tried to push his way inside to assault him.
Charges of assault and aggravated trespassing are pending in Licking County against the Etna resident.
* A principal reported that graffiti was sprayed on a shed and dumpster sometime before 8:32 a.m. March 27 at Taylor Road Elementary School, 8200 Taylor Road.
