The victim said his social media acquaintances walked away about 30 minutes after their appointment, at which point four men carrying handguns approached him and took the money.

The victim stated the suspects took his cash and fled with the girls in a vehicle, the report said.

In other Northland-area police reports:

* A man was robbed of his $200 cellphone and sustained a small cut on his hand when he was robbed at knifepoint between 6:30 and 6:50 p.m. April 10 near the intersection of Sinclair Road and Lincoln Avenue.

The victim, who filed the report at 12:30 the following afternoon, said he was walking with the phone in his hand when a suspect ran up to him, brandishing a knife. The suspect took the cellphone and also tried to get the victim's wallet, but he told the officer handling the call that he ran away. "Victim also stated another suspect was waiting by a four-door, black car during the incident and both suspects got into the car and drove off," the report said.

* A Brittany Road man said his neighbor punched him in the face at 2:39 p.m. April 13 after the two argued over his moving the other man's property away from a fence while he was mowing his lawn. After he moved the item, the victim said the suspect "then came over, got in his face and was pointing at him." The victim said he reacted by grabbing the neighbor's finger, which resulted in the punch.

* A man said he was assaulted at 2:13 p.m. April 11 in the 4800 block of Sinclair Road by a person he did not know. At the same time, according to the officer who handled the complaint, the victim was issued a trespass warning from that location, and had two of his tires slashed. Damage was estimated at $500.

* A Kingshill Drive residence was broken into between 6 and 9:45 p.m. April 8. The victim, a 48-year-old man, said three television sets worth a total of $1,400 and a $3,000 automobile were among the items stolen.
