A 19-year-old Columbus man was charged with felony possession of a schedule I or II substance, possession of marijuana, illegal use of drug paraphernalia, OVI and speeding after police stopped the vehicle he was driving near the intersection of West Fifth Avenue and Riverside Drive at 12:46 a.m. April 6.
Police reports said he was found in possession of a methamphetamine-based substance, marijuana and two glass pipes.
In other Upper Arlington police reports:
* A golf cart stolen from Ohio State University Golf Club, 3040 Riverside Drive, at 12:30 p.m. April 8 was recovered in the club's parking lot at 10:36 p.m. April 8. There were no suspects in the case.
* A man in the 3900 block of Chelton Place reported someone took out a short-term loan in his name on March 7, resulting in his loss of $1,161.88.
* A woman in the 2000 block of Devon Road North reported sunglasses valued at $200 were stp;em from her residence between 10 p.m. April 5 and 7:15 a.m. April 6.
