• At 10:42 a.m. May 26, a 25-year-old Indiana man was cited for possession of marijuana.

• At 4:17 p.m. May 26, a 36-year-old West Mansfield man was arrested for theft of merchandise from a business on Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard.

• At 11:11 p.m. May 26, two juveniles were charged with possession of marijuana and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia.

• At 12:27 a.m. May 27, a 31-year-old Marysville man was cited for disorderly conduct in the 200 block of North Plum Street after medics responded to what observers thought was an overdose. The police report states the man became combative with medics and a police officer and was charged with disorderly conduct.

• At 1:22 a.m. May 27, a 24-year-old Plain City man was cited for persistent disorderly conduct.

• At 2:32 a.m. May 27, a business on North Main Street reported damage to a storefront window.

• At 6:36 p.m. May 27, a 38-year-old Marysville man was arrested for abuse of harmful intoxicants in the 200 block of East Eighth Street. The police report states the man has a prior conviction so this arrest was a fifth-degree felony. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.

• At 8:56 p.m. May 27, a business on Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard reported a theft.

• At 4:59 a.m. May 28, a 25-year-old Marysville man was cited for disorderly conduct.

• At 12:23 p.m. May 28, Marysville Division of Police responded to a report of damage to the restrooms at Partners Park.

• At 4:18 p.m. May 29, a resident of Kenny Lane reported theft of jewelry.

• At 9:18 a.m. May 30, a theft was reported at a business on Allenby Drive.

• At 10:29 a.m. May 31, a resident of Mill Park Drive reported theft from a motor vehicle.

• At 4:40 p.m. May 31, a resident of Glen Oaks Drive reported theft from a motor vehicle.

• At 9:21 a.m. June 1, a resident of Professional Parkway reported a theft.

• At 11:02 a.m. June 1, an employee of a business on U.S. Route 36 reported a fraudulent check.

• At 12:59 p.m. June 1, a resident of Evergreen Circle reported a theft.

• At 3:52 p.m. June 1, Marysville Division of Police responded to a theft in the area of Milcrest Drive.

• At 6:06 p.m. June 1, a 32-year-old Lakeview man was cited for driving under suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• At 6:30 p.m. June 1, a resident of Hemlock Drive reported a theft.

• At 11:25 a.m. May 26, a business in the 7200 block of Industrial Parkway reported the theft of tools from a vehicle and the theft of rebar from the business.

• At 12:18 p.m. May 27, as a result of a traffic stop on U.S. Route 33 near U.S. Route 42, a deputy charged a 35-year-old Saint Mary’s man with driving under suspension, possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

• At 1:06 p.m. May 27, a resident in the 12000 block of Bell Road reported a burglary and the theft of a 2001 Ford F-150. The Ford truck later was recovered by the Bellefontaine Police Department. Items stolen during the burglary include televisions, DVD players and prescription medication, according to the report.

• At 8:02 p.m. May 27 in the 8100 block of U.S. Route 42, a 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier struck the back of a 2012 Chevrolet van. The driver of the Cavalier, a 46-year-old London man, was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead.

• At 5:08 a.m. May 28, as a result of a driving complaint on U.S. Route 33, a deputy stopped the driver of a 2012 Nissan Rouge for driving erratically. After further investigation, a 32-year-old Marysville man was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence.

• At 11:18 a.m. May 28, a deputy investigated the theft of two safes from a residence in the 33000 block of state Route 31.

• At 3:30 p.m. May 28 at the intersection of U.S. Route 36 and Mackan Road, a 2005 Honda Odyssey struck the back of a 2001 Honda Accord. One victim was transported to

Memorial Hospital.

• At 5:45 a.m. May 29 on U.S. Route 33 near Scottslawn Road, a 2013 Honda Civic struck a deer in the roadway.

• At 5:05 p.m. May 29, a deputy investigated the theft of a credit card from a residence in the 20000 block of Dog Leg Road. As a result of the investigation, a 28-year-old Marysville man was arrested for theft. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.

• At 6:15 a.m. May 30, deputies responded to the 23000 block of state Route 37 for a report of a 1992 Chevrolet pickup truck crashing into a utility pole. No one was with the vehicle at the time of the call, according to the report.

• At 8:01 p.m. May 30, a business in the 9000 block of Mitchell Dewitt Road reported receiving counterfeit money over the weekend.

• At 6:51 a.m. May 31 on the U.S. Route 33 eastbound off ramp to state Route 161, a

2007 Ford Escape struck the back of a 2008 Honda Civic. The driver of the Ford, a 45-year-old West Liberty man, was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead.

• At 1:15 p.m. May 31, deputies were sent to a residence on Lunda

Road for an aggressive dog. A Logan County animal-control officer was called to assist with the investigation.

• At 3:35 p.m. May 31 in the 15000 block of U.S. Route 36, a 2013 Kia Sportage struck the back of a 1997 Jeep Cherokee. Two victims were transported to Memorial Hospital.

The driver of the Kia, a 27-year-old Delaware woman, was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead.

• At 7:21 a.m. June 1, as a result of a traffic stop on Jerome Road near Ryan Parkway, a deputy issued a citation to the driver of a 2004 Chevrolet Suburban, a 20-year-old Dublin woman, for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• At 8:52 p.m. June 1, as a result of a traffic stop on U.S. Route 33 near Scottslawn Road, a deputy issued a citation to the driver of a 2005 Dodge Neon, a 36-year-old Bellefontaine woman, for possession of drug paraphernalia.
