An employee of Montrose Elementary School, 2555 E. Main St., reported someone cut some vinyl "Click It or Ticket" seat-belt awareness campaign signs between June 21 and 22.

The signs were in front of the school and on the lot of 396 N. Cassady Ave., reports stated.

* An employee of a business in the 2500 block of East Main Street reported someone entered the store between 7 and 7:20 p.m. June 14 and stole a 12-pack of beer and a bottle of wine. The thief left through the east doors of the store, got on a bicycle and rode away east on East Main Street, according to reports. A description of the thief was not provided.

* An employee of a business in the 2500 block of East Main Street reported a man attempted to take a 12-pack of beer and bottle of wine without paying for them at 8:34 p.m. June 15. The man abandoned the items when an employee asked for proof of purchase, reports stated.

* A resident in the 800 block of Francis Avenue reported someone stole the rear wheel and tire off a bicycle between 2 and 4 p.m. June 21 while it was parked in front of the Bexley Public Library, 2411 E. Main St.

* A resident in the 300 block of North Cassady Avenue reported someone stole a bicycle from the backyard of the residence on June 22.
