Officers returned two young boys to their home after reports that the 3- and 4-year-old brothers were wandering alone through their neighborhood.
The reporting officer said police were called at 7:46 a.m. July 1 to the 1600 block of Haft Drive, where a resident saw the two boys walking alone down the sidewalk. The officer said the boys were returned to their father with no charges filed.

* Officers were dispatched at 1:54 a.m. July 3 to a business in the 2100 block of Brice Road on reports someone may have overdosed on drugs.
The reporting officer said they found a woman with drugs and a weapon. The drugs were seized as evidence and the 19-year-old woman, a resident of Parkersburg, West Virginia, was charged with carrying a concealed weapon.
* Police responded to an animal complaint at 5:35 p.m. July 3 in the 1000 block of Briarcliff Road, where a woman said her neighbor's pit bull jumped a property line fence and was "running around their yard and pawing at their rear house door."
The woman said she had grandchildren who often play in the backyard. She said she did not wish to pursue charges, but wants her neighbor to know the dog's location at all times, according to the police report.
* Police charged a 61-year-old Blacklick man with petty theft after he was found at 3 a.m. July 5 with a garden tractor that had been stolen from a business in the 8200 block of East Broad Street.
