Residents and visitors can admire exhibits of watercolors and photography; jam with a fingerstyle guitarist; de-stress by coloring; enjoy painting and wine; get tips on songwriting, creative writing, theater, poetry or storytelling; and spend a day listening to jazz performances. Youth Art Workshops
The Westerville Arts Council for Youth offers WACY art workshops that provide experiences inviting children to stretch their creativity and find the freedom to express themselves. The art lessons for children ages 6 to 12 are taught by an instructor with a degree in fine arts and art education.
Lessons are offered 5:30 to 7 p.m. on the second Wednesday of every month at the St. Matthew's Think. Pray. Love. House, 30 E. College. For more details, email WACYart@ gmail.com.
