A complaint about a party resulted in drug citations for two juveniles last month.

New Albany Police Department officers were dispatched at 10:02 p.m. July 24 to Lambton Green North and Ashcombe.

As individuals began leaving the party, officers checked drivers to ensure they were not impaired, according to the police report.

Officers stopped one vehicle and found marijuana paraphernalia, including a water bong, a grinder, a plastic bag with marijuana and two empty pill bottles with marijuana residue inside.

A 16-year-old Columbus boy and a 16-year-old Gahanna boy were cited for drug paraphernalia.

* A 19-year-old Columbus man was cited for drug abuse and drug-paraphernalia possession at 10:51 p.m. July 27 on Oxford Loop when officers were dispatched to the area to check on a suspicious vehicle and found the man in possession of marijuana.

* A 27-year-old Columbus man was cited for OVI at 3:08 a.m. July 22 after a traffic stop on state Route 161 westbound east of New Albany Road.

* A 24-year-old Columbus man was cited for drug and drug-paraphernalia possession at 3:38 p.m. July 18 after a traffic stop at Smith's Mill Road and Kitzmiller Road. Officers found a glass pipe, a grinder with marijuana inside and 1 gram of marijuana in the vehicle.
