Bexley police said a man reported he left his car running around 11 p.m. Sept. 9 in the parking lot south of a business in the 2100 block of East Main Street while he went inside to grab some food.

About 15 to 20 minutes later, the victim returned to find his car had been stolen and four bicycles were left in its place, reports stated.

In other reports from the Bexley Police Department:

* A resident in the 400 block of Stanbery Drive reported someone entered his unlocked vehicle between Sept. 7 and Sept. 8 while it was parked in his driveway and rummaged through the car. Nothing was listed as missing, according to reports.

* A resident in the 400 block of North Cassady Avenue reported someone stole two bicycles from the yard of his residence and rummaged through his vehicle between Sept. 7 and Sept. 9.
