Dublin City Council is expected to vote Nov. 20 on financial incentives to help a Dublin business expand.
The incentive agreement would help global professional services organization Infoverity remain in the city. The company's offices at 5131 Post Road are not expected to support the business' expected growth.
Under the agreement, the city would award a five-year, 10-percent performance incentive on withholdings collected for all employees from 2018 to 2022 that is capped at $53,000.
In return, Infoverity would grow by 53 employees by the end of 2024, taking the business from 27 to 80 employees. The business would also be required to sign a minimum of a seven-year lease within Dublin. The city estimates the agreement would be about $734,336 in tax revenue over the seven-year term.
