Video games and equipment worth more than $1,100 were reported stolen at 4 a.m. Dec. 9 from a residence in the 200 block of Thurman Avenue.
The resident showed a Columbus Division of Police officer a video of a person entering his residence through a window. The resident said he would download the video and provide it to police.
Items stolen included three video-game consoles valued at $300 each, three controllers worth $60 each and $60 worth of video games, according to reports.

* At 6:27 p.m. Dec. 11 in the 700 block of Reinhard Avenue, a woman observed someone kicking the front door of her residence. She told police she had video of an altercation with the offender after the damage to the door was done.
The woman said she observed the person kicking the property from the window. The offender fled the scene on foot before officers arrived.
However, police were called back to the scene after the same person came back and threw a rock, the woman said.
An estimated $300 in damage was done to the door and $300 to the window.
* A motor vehicle was stolen between midnight and 7 p.m. Dec. 3 from the 800 block of South Third Street.
Details of the vehicle were not listed in the web version of the police report.
* Someone broke into and ransacked a vehicle between 11 and 11:30 a.m. Dec. 13 in the 800 block of South Lazelle Street.
The owner told police that nothing of valued appeared to be stolen.
Damage to the car included both passenger-side front and rear windows and the window trim. Estimates of the damage were not included in the report.
