A 24-year-old man and a 20-year-old man were arrested by the Hilliard Division of Police on felony breaking-and-entering charges Dec. 16 at a house in the 3700 block of Sanctuary Loop.

Items worth $3,290, including a hot-water tank, interior doors, a microwave and stove combination, outdoor lights, hand tools, a volt meter and a dehumidifier, were reported stolen at 3:15 a.m.

In other recent Hilliard police incident reports:

* Two tires and rims worth $700 were reported stolen between 6 p.m. Dec. 14 and 8 a.m. Dec. 15 from a vehicle in the 5200 block of Dexter Road.

* A license plate was reported stolen at 5 p.m. Dec. 17 from a vehicle in the 5600 block of Pinehurst Drive.

* A smartphone worth $800 was reported stolen at 10:45 a.m. Dec. 19 from the 3500 block of Mark Twain Drive.

* A wallet containing gift cards and a driver's license was reported stolen between 8 p.m. Dec. 18 and 7:15 a.m. Dec. 19 from a vehicle in the 3900 block of Parkside Court.

* A 31-year-old man was arrested for misdemeanor drug abuse and possession of a controlled substance at 12:30 a.m. Dec. 15 in the 3700 block of Heritage Club Drive.

* An 18-year-old man was arrested for misdemeanor drug abuse and possession of a controlled substance at 5 p.m. Dec. 15 in the 5300 block of Sutter Home Road.
