A 71-year-old man reported a Christmas Eve theft to the Hilliard Division of Police.

Dolls and proof coins were reported stolen at 6:25 p.m. Dec. 24 from a vehicle in the 3900 block of Trueman Boulevard.

Proof coins are popular with collectors; they are sets of uncirculated coins used to test the die-making process for minting coins.

Property loss was reported at $270.

In other recent Hilliard police incident reports:

* Debit cards, an insurance card and a gold money clip were reported stolen between 4:45 and 6:15 p.m. Dec. 22 from the 4500 block of Cosgray Road.

Property loss was reported at $100.

* A hammer-drill kit, a hammer-drill impact kit and other tools worth a total $1,156 were reported stolen at 5:05 p.m. Dec. 26 from the 4100 block of Trueman Boulevard.

Three people were arrested in connection with the incident.

A 37-year-old man was charged with theft and a 29-year-old man and 26-year-old woman are charged with complicity to theft.'

* A 22-year-old man was arrested for misdemeanor drug abuse and possession of a controlled substance at 5 a.m. Dec. 23 at Alton Darby Creek Road and Meadows Way.
