Delaware police officers responded after an argument between two delivery-truck drivers became physical last month at a city business.

Officers arrived shortly before 12:15 a.m. Feb. 14 at a business in the 2000 block of Nutter Farms Lane after receiving a report of a fight.

Investigators determined both parties contributed to the altercation, which led one driver to shove and knock down the other in an attempt to get away, according to police reports.

The man who was shoved stood up and attempted to continue the altercation, reports said.

Both parties declined prosecution in the incident, which did not result in an arrest, according to police reports.
