Nine-time Grammy winning artist Sheryl Crow will be the headline performer for the city of Dublin's Independence Day Celebration concert July 4 in the Dublin Coffman High School stadium.
Crow's nine studio albums have sold 35 million copies worldwide. Seven albums charted in the top 10 and five were certified for multi-platinum sales.
Crow is best known for her No. 1 hits, including "All I Wanna Do," "Soak Up the Sun," and "The First Cut is the Deepest."
Crow's singles have appeared on the Billboard Hot 100, Adult Top 40, Adult Contemporary, Mainstream Top 40 and Hot Country Songs charts.
She has more No. 1 singles in the Triple A listings than any other female artist.
In 2017, Crow released the album, Be Myself.
The 2018 Independence Day Celebration theme is "Soak up the Fun on the Fourth." The daylong celebration July 4 will begin with the 32nd Annual Sherm Sheldon Fishing Derby followed by the annual parade that steps off from Metro Center at 11 a.m.
The celebration at the stadium begins at 4:30 p.m. and will include live music, the concert by Crow and the fireworks display which will begin at 9:50 p.m.
Everyone 4 years old and older will need a stadium wristband or a reserved-table wristband to enter the Coffman High School stadium.
Dublin residents and Dublin School District residents will be able to purchase stadium admission wristbands guaranteeing access to the event for $5 beginning at 8 a.m. June 18 in the Dublin Community Recreation Center.
Wristbands will be limited to eight per household and proof of residency is required.
Unsold stadium wristbands, they will be offered free to the public and available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 10 a.m. July 4 at the stadium.
Table sales will open at 8:30 a.m. May 19 in the rec center.
City of Dublin residents can purchase one table for 10 people for $125. Proof of residency is required and there is a limit of one table per household.
Children 4 years old and older will be required to have reserved-table wristbands that come with each table sale.
Those who will be sitting at the tables will not need a stadium wristband for admittance. Their reserved-table wristband will suffice.
If there are any tables unsold after May 19, they may be purchased by residents at the rec center starting at 10 a.m. Monday, May 21. Remaining unsold tables will go on sale to the public June 11.
