A 22-year-old Dublin man was charged with public indecency after two women told Dublin police he had exposed his genitals to their children.

According to Dublin police reports, the women said that between 5:15 and 5:30 p.m. March 21, their children were playing outside when the man opened the door to his apartment in the 150 block of Blakeford Drive wearing a shirt and no pants.

The women said children told them the man lifted up his shirt in front of them to expose his genitals.

A custodial arrest wasn't made because the man's legal guardian told police that the man has developmental disabilities.

Police charged the man with public indecency, and he was released after being given a summons to appear in court to answer the charge.
