Looking for new restaurants?

Want to get out of your dining rut?

Are you a fan of trying new meals and treats?

ThisWeek Community News is launching a fun podcast series called "The Great Food Debate" to discuss -- and debate -- where to find the best food, drinks and specialties in central Ohio.

Whether you're a recent transplant to the area or have lived here for decades, you can find a new restaurant to visit or return to an old favorite.

Three or four guests will join ThisWeek host Abby Armbruster each week to share their views on where to find the best pizza, doughnuts, beer, food trucks, coffee, tacos and other favorites.

The first two episodes -- on pizza and beer -- are available now. New episodes of "The Great Food Debate" will be released every Friday morning, starting April 20.

To get started, search for "Great Food Debate" in iTunes, Google Play or Stitcher and subscribe to our series.

Or just do this:

* On iTunes, go to https://apple.co/2JyZIfv.

Our discussions are fun and lighthearted and will turn any listener into a foodie.

From bloggers, local business owners, editors and reporters from sister publications and other ThisWeek staff members, you never know who could voice an opinion on the next episode of "The Great Food Debate."

Here's the tentative release schedule:

* April 20: Doughnuts

* April 27: Chicken wings

* May 4: "Star Wars" theme -- Yes, we're going there for "May the Fourth." Would you eat a porg or drink blue milk? Which character would you want to dine with?

* May 11: Food trucks

* May 18: Coffee

* May 25: Tacos
