Driving with tinted windows and only one working brake light resulted in a 21-year-old Lexington man being arrested.

An officer at 7:55 a.m. May 13 pulled the man over at Worthington and Beech roads after noticing the windows and brake-light violation, according to a report from the New Albany Police Department.

After a K-9 unit found proof of narcotics in the vehicle, a search produced drugs, drug paraphernalia and drug-abuse instruments.

The man was arrested and charged with possessing drug-abuse instruments, drug paraphernalia, drug-paraphernalia equipment, drug abuse and controlled-substance possession or use.
