A 33-year-old Westerville man reported someone burglarized his residence on the 300 block of Cross Wind Drive.

According to reports, the man returned home around 4 p.m. Aug. 21 to find a variety of items in his residence tossed around, moved or missing.

He eventually determined that multiple gaming systems were missing, and listed their value at $550, reports stated.

Police reported they found no evidence of forced entry, and neighbors reported they had not noticed anything strange.

In other recent incident reports from the Westerville Division of Police:

* Police arrested a man who was tackled by a pizza delivery driver while he attempted to break into a vehicle.

According to reports, employees of a business in the first block of Cherri Park Square noticed someone attempting to break into one of their vehicles around 9:15 p.m. Aug. 25.

One of the employees reportedly tackled the man as he attempted the break-in while other employees called police.

When police arrived, they found the man was in possession of pills he said were Xanax, along with a small amount of marijuana, according to reports.

The Columbus man, 37, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug-abuse instruments and attempting to commit an offense.

* Workers at a construction site in the 700 block of Spring Road reported they discovered a variety of items missing when they arrived at work on the morning of Aug. 21.
