Bexley police said an employee of a store in the 2200 block of East Livingston Avenue reported a suspect left the store Aug. 29 with several stolen items in a garbage bag.

On Aug. 31, police responded to a burglar alarm at a business in the 2200 block of East Livingston Avenue. Officers arrived on the scene and discovered a side window had been broken out and the office was ransacked, reports stated. Nothing was reported stolen.

In other recent reports from the Bexley Police Department:

* A resident in the 700 block of Sheridan Park Court reported someone stole her cellphone from inside her vehicle between Aug. 25 and Aug. 26 while it was parked in front of a property in the 2800 block of Dale Avenue.

* A resident in the 400 block of Northview Drive reported someone entered his unlocked vehicle between Sept. 2 and Sept. 4 and stole a computer and a tablet computer.

* A resident in the first block of Roosevelt Avenue reported someone stole two bicycles, together valued at $6,000, from an open garage between Sept. 5 and Sept. 6.
