A representative of a business in the 3300 block of Indianola Avenue filed an embezzlement complaint against an employee at 10:13 a.m. Sept. 5.

According to Columbus police reports, the employee was accused of taking $408 from a safe at 1:45 p.m. Sept. 3.

The suspect reportedly can be seen on surveillance video pushing the camera that had been aimed at the safe toward the ceiling.

In other recent Clintonville-area police reports:

* Officers investigated a theft at 9:26 a.m. Sept. 5 in the 5100 block of North High Street. According to reports, between 7 a.m. Aug. 27 and 4 a.m. Aug. 29, someone removed $250 worth of medication from a cabinet belonging to the victim.

* A 26-year-old Thurber Drive West man was charged with voyeurism at 6:15 p.m. Aug. 31 at a business in the 3600 block of Indianola Avenue.

Officers were dispatched to the business on a complaint of someone taking pictures in a dressing room, according to reports.

One of the victims pointed out the suspect and he was taken into custody, reports said.

* A resident of the 300 block of Broad Meadows Boulevard contacted police with an assault complaint 6:45 p.m. Aug. 30. The man said someone had sprayed his back and head with air freshener at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 28.
