Junior forward Isaiah Speelman became the second member of the Hilliard Bradley High School boys basketball team this month to eclipse 1,000 career points, achieving the milestone during a 60-50 win at Logan on Feb. 14.

Speelman entered the game with 989 points and scored 14 with four 3-pointers.

On Feb. 7, junior point guard Braden Norris surpassed 1,000 career points as the Jaguars clinched their first league championship by defeating Dublin Jerome 63-29 in OCC-Cardinal Division play. Norris had 18 points against Logan to increase his total to 1,039.

The program’s all-time leading scorer is 2016 graduate Brandon Glenn, who finished with 1,120 points.

The Jaguars have won 19 consecutive games to improve to 20-1 overall. They finished 12-0 in the OCC-Cardinal.
