Mark Grant, chef of Bravo's Bethel Road location, will be in charge of the kitchen at the restaurant chain's Lennox store, set to open in Febraury. Tammy Curtis, executive sous chef for two years at the Bethel store, will replace Grant. The Lennox store, which will take over the space formerly occupied by Baja Sol, will feature three outdoor terraces - one on the upper level and two on the lower level. The second floor will be dedicated to private dining, accommodating up to 80 guests.
