Ingredients • ½ C brown sugar •1T, 1t cumin •½ t kosher salt •1/8 t cayenne •1 t granulated garlic •1 t lemon pepper •1lb of 16/20 shrimp, peeled with tail on •6-inch skewers •Fresh cilantro • 1 lemon Procedure
Thoroughly combine all dry ingredients.
Dust shrimp liberally with bronzing spice.
Pan sear shrimp in a skillet for 2-3 minutes each side, or skewer and grill, 2-3 min per side
Skewer the shrimp (if needed) and brush with clarified butter prior to serving. Sprinkle with freshly chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lemon.
Reserve left over rub for future use.
