The Ohio Wesleyan University Department of Theater and Dance will present five performances of the J.M. Barrie play "Dear Brutus" on the main stage at Chappelear Drama Center, 45 Rowland Ave.

The Ohio Wesleyan University Department of Theater and Dance will present five performances of the J.M. Barrie play “Dear Brutus” on the main stage at Chappelear Drama Center, 45 Rowland Ave.

The show begins at 8 p.m. on Nov. 4, 5, 11 and 12, and at 2 p.m. on Nov. 13.

During rehearsals for the play’s 1917 premiere, Barrie described it as “a play about people who think they could make so much more of life if they got a second chance.”

Theater professor Bonnie Milne Gardner directs the ensemble cast of 11.

Tickets are $10 general admission; $5 for OWU employees, non-OWU students and senior citizens. OWU students with a valid ID will be admitted for free.
