A Delaware man reported someone stole thousands of dollars worth of tools from his unlocked vehicle late last month.

A Delaware man reported someone stole thousands of dollars worth of tools from his unlocked vehicle late last month.

The man reported the theft occurred between 1:30 p.m. Nov. 26 and 9 a.m. Nov. 27 while the vehicle was parked in the 300 block of Cobblestone Drive.

An unknown suspect stole about $2,500 worth of tools -- including a concrete saw, drills and grinders -- from the car. Cash, electronics and jewelry also were reportedly stolen from the vehicle.

No suspects have been identified in the case, which will remain inactive pending further information, according to police reports.

* Officers responded to a burglary alarm about 4:15 a.m. Nov. 30 in the 1800 block of Columbus Pike. An unknown suspect reportedly forced entry to the business and stole $100 cash.

* A man reported someone stole $3,400 cash from his residence in the first block of Catherine Street between 5:30 p.m. Nov. 29 and 4:30 p.m. Dec. 2. Investigators have identified a suspect in the case, according to police reports.

* A woman reported a theft of drugs took place between noon Nov. 27 and 10:30 a.m. Nov. 28 in the first block of Richards Drive.

An unknown suspect reportedly stole prescription medication valued at $20 from a residence.

* A man reported someone stole a license plate from his car between Sept. 15 and Nov. 26 while it was parked in the first block of Sterling Ridge Drive.

* A man reported a sexual assault occurred about 11:45 p.m. Nov. 30 at a city residence. An investigation into the incident is pending, according to police reports.

* Police reports said alleged sexual imposition took place between 9 and 9:15 a.m. Dec. 1 at a residential facility in the city.

The case has been referred to the Delaware County Prosecutor's Office for review, according to police reports.
