An iPhone was stolen from a bag left near a bench at the Dublin Community Recreation Center, 5600 Post Road, between 2 and 7 p.m. April 9. According to police reports, the bag was within the view of the reporting party the whole time.

A stereo, CDs and other items were stolen from a vehicle parked in the 7500 block of Hospital Drive between 3:10 and 5:14 a.m. April 10. According to police reports, the vehicle was damaged during the break-in.

A laptop computer was stolen from a classroom at Scioto High School, 4000 Hard Road, between 1:45 and 2 p.m. April 11. According to police reports, the school resource officer talked to a suspect. Another laptop was stolen between 7:58 a.m. March 28 and 7:58 a.m. April 12.

A purse and its contents were stolen when left unattended on the front porch of a residence in the 6900 block of Ernest Way between 1 and 1:30 a.m. April 9.

Several pieces of jewelry, a TV, a video game system, a camera and other items were stolen from a residence in the 4700 block of Belfield Drive between 7:30 a.m. and 3:20 p.m. April 11. A back door was forced open to gain access to the residence, according to police.

Metal valued at $75 was stolen from a residence in the 7300 block of Rings Road at 8:38 a.m. April 14. According to police reports, a resident saw two men taking items from a barn and upon approaching them was told they were looking for scrap metal to buy.

Assault was reported at Coffman High School, 6780 Coffman Road, at 7:14 a.m. April 15, when two students began fighting. The fight lasted for only a few seconds because a teacher stopped it, police reports said.

Two vehicles were stolen from a business in the 6300 block of Perimeter Drive between 10 p.m. April 14 and 9:10 a.m. April 15.

Two vehicles parked in the 5100 block of Post Road were broken into between 4:47 and 8:11 a.m. April 17. GPS units, sunglasses, CDs and a parking pass were stolen from the vehicles, police reports said.

Twelve propane tanks were stolen from a business in the 6600 block of Dublin Center Drive between 5 p.m. April 15 and 7:30 a.m. April 18.
