Kirk Hendricks recently was promoted to president of Kinetics Noise Control Inc. after the retirement of the previous president, Virgil Temple.

Kirk Hendricks recently was promoted to president of Kinetics Noise Control Inc. after the retirement of the previous president, Virgil Temple.

As president, Hendricks is responsible for all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing Kinetics Noise Control's long and short term objectives, and he will act as a liaison between the board of directors and Kinetics' management team.

Hendricks joined Kinetics in June of 2014 following 20 years of commercial, investment banking and financial management experience. Prior to joining Kinetics, Hendricks had been a vice president and commercial banker for KeyBank since 2008. Hendricks holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Denison and a master's degree in business administration from Dayton.

Jessica Wade, owner of Alfa Counseling and Consultation in Dublin, recently accepted an appointment as communications chairperson on the executive council for the Central Ohio Counseling Association.

Wade brings her experience as an entrepreneur, business mentor, licensed counselor and podcaster to the role, where she will serve as the voice for the professional association. She participated in a similar function for the Columbus chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners in 2015.

Wade also volunteers for the pro bono counseling program with Mental Health America of Franklin County.
