Former Ohio State and NFL football player Chris Spielman is holding the fourth-annual Chris Spielman Football Camp from 5:30-8:30 p.m. July 19-21 at Dublin Coffman High School for boys and girls ages 7-14. Former Ohio State men's basketball players and current NBA players Mike Conley, Daequan Cook and Greg Oden are holding the Buckeye Stars Basketball Camp on July 28-30 at Worthington Kilbourne. The first session is from 9 a.m. to noon and the second session is from 1-4 p.m.

The three former Buckeyes will be on site to help direct camp activities and provide instruction. Also providing instruction are various prep and college coaches from the area. The camp specializes in fundamental skills and the team concept of basketball.

The 33rd annual Police and Fire Games will be June 13-18 in Toledo. The purpose of these games is to support the physical and mental fitness of Ohio's active and retired law enforcement, firefighter and military personnel by offering a variety of events in which first responders can compete in an environment of good sport and camaraderie.
