The city of Grandview Heights will end Monday yard-waste collection Nov. 28.

After that date, yard waste and leaves may be taken directly to the yard-waste facility at 4120 Roberts Road, Columbus, or placed in biodegradable paper bags and brought to Grandview's service department, 1525 W. Goodale Blvd., by appointment only between 7:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. weekdays.

Yard waste must be appropriately bundled and tied or bagged. Limbs up to 3 inches in diameter and 4 feet long must be bundled and tied with biodegradable twine. No large, loose limbs or bags or bundles heavier than 50 pounds are permitted.

Recycling collection will continue year-round on residents' trash days. Curbside leaf collection will continue, weather permitting.
