A resident of the 1300 block of Mulford Road reported Dec. 18 to Grandview Heights police that several Christmas gifts were stolen overnight from his unlocked car.

In other recent Grandview police reports:

* A resident of the 1000 block of Parkway Drive reported someone used her store credit card to make an online purchase of $311. The victim was able to contact the store and cancel the order before the payment went through, reports said.

* An officer responded Dec. 15 to a home in the 700 block of Timberman Road, where a chimenea had been reported stolen from the yard.

* A resident of the 1300 block of West Second Avenue reported Dec. 13 an MP3 player was stolen overnight from her car.

* A man told police he believes two credit cards were stolen from his wallet while he was at a business in the 800 block of West Goodale Boulevard.

The man said after he left the business he received a call from his credit-card company reporting possible fraudulent activity. One charge for $500 had been denied, but another for $2,846 had been accepted. The man said after receiving the call, he checked his wallet and discovered the two credit cards were missing.
