Grove City High School senior Bobby Brown will continue his football career at the University of Findlay.
Brown will sign his letter of intent on Friday, April 1, at the high school.
He chose Division II Findlay over Mount Union, Otterbein, Ashland and Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, Pa.
"It felt like that was the right place to be," Brown said of Findlay. "It's a perfect place for opportunities. That was the key."
Brown, who played right tackle last season on the Greyhounds' offensive line, was second-team all-OCC-Ohio Division and honorable mention all-district in Division I. He said Findlay wants him to play offensive tackle.
"I had options where I could play football or basketball," said Brown, who also played basketball for Grove City. "I just felt that playing football at Findlay was the best opportunity that I had and the potential to be the best that I could be at that level."
Brown also is a pitcher on the Grove City baseball team.
