Three of the five major marketing awards recently won by the Schottenstein Real Estate Group were related to the company's Tremont Club development in Hilliard.

Schottenstein Real Estate Group was recognized for outstanding marketing achievements May 9 with five MAME Awards (Marketing And Merchandising Excellence) sponsored by the Building Industry Association (BIA) of Central Ohio, including the Grand Marketer of the Year Award.

Tremont Club is a gated residential condo community in Hilliard with homes starting at $180,000. The development features a 10,000 square-foot country-club style clubhouse, an events lawn with putting green, bocce ball court, and life-size chessboard.

Other amenities include a swimming pool, lounge and outdoor grill area; a fitness center with personal trainers; an aerobics room featuring yoga, Pilates, and aerobics; men's and women's locker rooms and massage therapy room; two card rooms with scheduled games; a business center and private meeting area; a media library with extensive video selections; and a great room with a kitchen and bar available for parties.

The Schottenstein Real Estate Group also was honored for Best Model Home Interior Merchandising for The Retreat Model at The Estates at Polaris Village and was named Grand Marketer of the Year.
