A man on Leap Road reported that someone cashed a payroll check without his consent.

A motorist struck a city sign and a brick fence at Hilliard Rome Road and Springdale after he lost control of his vehicle, which was involved in a pursuit with Upper Arlington Police Department and had been stolen in Virginia. The man was injured. No citation was issued.

HPD deployed stop sticks in an attempt to terminate a vehicle pursuit initiated by the Upper Arlington Police Department at Britton Parkway and Cemetery Road.

A man reported a theft from his vehicle at a Mill Run Drive address. Someone damaged a window seal and removed Panasonic stereo equipment valued at $800. There was $50 in damage to the vehicle.

An orange Mongoose Lift BMX bicycle was found at Alton Darby and Cole roads and impounded at Hilliard Police Department.

A man on Westwind Court reported harassing phone calls.

A woman reported someone she knows stole cash and two Visa cards from her purse at a Lyman Drive business. Loss is $153.

An 18-year-old woman was cited for assured clear distance following a three-car accident at Davidson Road and Trueman Boulevard. One injury was reported.

A man reported someone broke the passenger window on his vehicle at the Hampton Inn on Lyman Drive and broke the dashboard while removing several items from his vehicle, including the dashboard controls, a radio/DVD player, a rear camera system, a GPS unit and several miscellaneous tools. Total loss was $9,500; damage was listed at $1,500.

A 20-year-old man was cited for speeding and not wearing a seat belt at Hilliard Rome Road and Main Street.

A 92-year-old woman was found disoriented on Scioto Darby Road and returned to her residence.

April 14

A 21-year-old man was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated at Scioto Darby Road and Scioto Farms Drive following a traffic stop. He was released on bond.

A woman received minor injuries when she lost control of her vehicle on Roberts Road and struck a concrete sewer tunnel. Her vehicle later caught fire.
