• A 39-year-old man was cited for starting and backing vehicles when he struck a parked vehicle at 3700 Luxair Drive. No injuries were claimed.

• A 50-year-old woman was cited for assured clear distance following an injury accident at Britton Parkway and Davidson Road.

• At 2:24 p.m., a 28-year-old man was arrested at Kroger, 4656 Cemetery Road, for petty theft after removing $255.88 worth of laundry detergent and diapers. He was transported to Franklin County Jail.

• A 36-year-old woman was cited at Cemetery and Leap roads for driving under suspension/restriction.

• A 19-year-old man was cited for changing lanes without safety following a non-injury accident at Cemetery Road and Main Street.

• At 6:20 p.m., a 14-year-old girl was arrested for aggravated assault after threatening a boy with a knife on Crystal Clear Drive.

• A 26-year-old man was cited for speeding on I-270 North.

• A 41-year-old man was cited at Cemetery Road and the I-270 overpass for unlicensed operation and driving under suspension/restriction.

• At 8:20 p.m., a 41-year-old man was arrested at 4600 Jeannette Road for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of narcotics. A 33-year-old woman passenger was found to be in possession of marijuana. Both subjects were released on court summons.

• A 41-year-old woman was cited at Columbia and Norwich streets for unlicensed operation.

• A 37-year-old man was cited at Cemetery Road and Lyman Drive for not using signals before changing course and driving under suspension/restriction.

• A woman reported a theft from her Municipal Way residence. Value of the stolen items was $39.97.

• A female was cited for failure to yield at an intersection following an accident at Heritage Club Drive and Main Street. Both parties were injured.

Oct. 13

• Hilliard Davidson High School reported damage to stadium bleachers and signs. Someone used spray paint and damaged bleachers, a goal post, and signs on the property. Damage was listed at $1,200.

• A theft from a vehicle belonging to American Mechanical Group was reported on the 4200 block of Cemetery Road. Miscellaneous tools were stolen valued at $1,569.99. Damage to the vehicle door lock was $100.

• A bicycle gate valued at $200 was stolen from the Sunrise Academy parking lot.

• A 20-year-old woman was cited on I-270 North for not driving in marked lanes.

• At noon, Litter One, 4097 Leap Road, reported someone falsified documents to be reimbursed $32,724.20 in currency.

• A 31-year-old woman was cited on Cosgray Road and Hoffman Farms Drive for speeding.

• A 30-year-old woman was cited on I-270 North for speeding.

• A woman was cited for changing lanes without safety after attempting a lane change that caused another vehicle to run off the road to avoid being struck on I-270 North. No contact was made, and no injuries were reported.

• At 10:28 p.m., Reynolds Inliner LLC, 4143 Weaver Court South, was cited for excessive false alarms.

• At 12:10 a.m., United Dairy Farmers, 4640 Cemetery Road, reported a pumped $25 worth of gasoline and left without paying.

• At 1:32 a.m., a 34-year-old man was arrested at 4700 Hillcrest South for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was transported to Franklin County Jail.

• A 7:31 a.m., a 57-year-old woman was cited for assured clear distance following a non-injury accident at Cemetery and Lacon roads.

• A 24-year-old woman was cited for assured clear distance following a non-injury accident at 5700 Hayden Run Road in Washington Township.

• A 27-year-old woman was cited at Cemetery and Leap roads for having an expired/unlawful license plate.

• A 29-year-old man was cited on I-270 South for speeding.

• Three separate shoplifting thefts were reported at Speedway, 3760 Main Street. Several subjects stole $158.22 worth of food items; miscellaneous food and drink items valued at $101.65; and $134.10 worth of candy from the store.

• A 36-year-old woman was cited for failure to drive in marked lanes when she sideswiped another vehicle at Avery and Davidson roads. No injuries were reported.

• At 10:07 p.m. at 4700 Davidson Road, four vehicles were involved in an accident. One injury was reported. A man was cited for assured clear distance.

• A 28-year-old woman was cited at Cemetery Road and I-270 overpass for driving under suspension/restriction.

• A Winchester rifle was found at a Revere Drive address and turned over to the Hilliard Police Department.

• At 1:43 a.m., a 38-year-old man was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated after being stopped for traffic violations at Avery Road and Dexter Avenue.

• At 1:44 a.m., a 44-year-old woman was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated after being stopped for traffic violations at Hilliard Rome Road.

• At 6:19 a.m., a 24-year-old man was cited at Britton Parkway and Davidson Road for not having his lights on.

• A 52-year-old man was cited at Cemetery Road and I-270 overpass for driving under suspension/restriction.

• A man on River Landings Boulevard reported someone damaged a mailbox valued at $150.

• A 22-year-old woman was cited at Cemetery Road and I-270 overpass for speeding.

• Someone reported the theft of a bicycle valued at $300 from a Sturbridge Court address.

• At 11:56 p.m., a 22-year-old man was arrested at 5000 Scioto Darby Road for operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a non-injury accident. He is accused of causing the accident, then fleeing the scene.

• At 2:49 a.m. at 4200 Schirtzinger Road in Norwich Township, a 23-year-old woman was cited for failure to drive in marked lanes and a violation of license restriction.

• A 42-year-old man was cited at Dublin Road in Norwich Township and River Place Drive in Columbus for speeding.

• A 24-year-old man was cited at Cemetery Road and the I-270 overpass for a seatbelt violation and failure to reinstate license.

• A 45-year-old man was cited on I-270 South for speeding.

• A 28-year-old man was cited at 5000 Northwest Parkway for not having a clear view and unlicensed operation.

• A 32-year-old man was cited at Trabue Road and Builder Place for display of a valid license plate.

• A 29-year-old man was cited at I-270 South for unlicensed operation.

• A 39-year-old man on Patcon Way was cited for not having an alarm permit.

• A 12-year-old boy was charged with criminal trespass at the railroad tracks overpass above Cemetery Road. He had been previously warned of trespassing on Oct. 9.

• A 20-year-old man was cited Cemetery Road and Leemar Drive for not having rear red reflectors.

• A man reported the theft of a tailgate valued at $200 from a vehicle on Columbia Street.

• A 37-year-old woman on Mengel Lane was cited for animal at large after a man and woman reported they were bitten by the same dog at the same time and location.

• At 9:38 p.m., a man’s vehicle hit a deer at Dublin Road and River Landings Boulevard.

• A 32-year-old woman was cited at Britton Parkway and Cemetery Road for not having a license plate light and driving without reinstatement.

• Someone broke a vehicle window and removed a Garmin GPS valued at $150 on Park Mill Run Drive.

• A 27-year-old man was cited at Main Street and Wakefield Drive for speeding.

• At 11:52 p.m., a 20-year-old man was cited on I-270 North in Norwich Township for speeding.

Oct. 17

• At 12:10 a.m., a 25-year-old woman was arrested at Scioto Darby and Walcutt roads for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• At 12:19 a.m., someone broke the plate glass window at Massage Envy, 3965 Trueman Blvd., causing $400 in damages. No loss was reported.

• A 17-year-old girl was cited at Luther Lane and Main Street for speeding.

• A woman reported someone she knows entered her Linda Road residence and damaged a computer and cable box. Damage was listed at $580.

• At 10:25 a.m., a 15-year-old girl was arrested at Darby High School for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

• A 30-year-old man was cited at I-270 North for not wearing a seat belt.

• A woman was bitten by the dog belonging to someone she knows at 5300 Cemetery Road.

• At 1:11 a.m., a 21-year-old man was arrested for an outstanding warrant following a traffic stop at Cemetery Road and Lattimer Street. In addition, a 22-year-old man was cited for falsification.

• An 18-year-old man was cited at Cosgray Road and Woodsview Way for speeding.

• A 37-year-old man was cited at Avery and Davidson roads for unlicensed operation, fictitious/illegal plates, driving under suspension/restriction.

• A woman on Drayton Road reported the theft of a children’s battery-powered tractor valued at $350.

• A 21-year-old woman was cited at Cemetery Road and Main Street for operation at yield signs.

• Someone scratched the paint of a vehicle while it was parked at Darby High School, causing $200 damage.

• A 49-year-old woman was cited for failure to yield from yield sign following a non-injury accident at Cemetery Road and Main Street.

• Two 18-year-old men were arrested on Center Street for drug possession.

• A 48-year-old man was cited at Britton Parkway and Ciara Circle for speeding.

• Following an injury accident, a 35-year-old woman was cited at Cemetery and Dublin roads for disobeying a traffic control device.

• A 53-year-old man was cited at 4200 Trueman Boulevard for not obeying traffic control devices.

• A 41-year-old woman was cited on I-270 South for improper display of license plates, having fictitious/illegal plates and having an expired/unlawful license plate.

• A 53-year-old man was cited at Fishinger and Trueman boulevards for having an expired/unlawful license plate.

Oct. 19

• The catalytic converter was stolen from the school bus belonging to Enchanted Care Learning Center on Davidson Road. Loss was $1,000.

• The wheel fell off of a woman’s vehicle while she was driving on I-270 North. No injuries were reported and no citation was issued.

• A 43-year-old woman was cited for assured clear distance following a non-injury accident on I-270 South.

• A 42-year-old woman was cited for failure to yield following an injury accident at Cemetery Road and Outer Street.

• A 35-year-old woman was cited on Britton Parkway for driving under suspension/restriction.

Oct. 20

• At 2:51 a.m., a 34-year-old man was arrested on Leap Road for drug possession.

• A man reported that he was assaulted by someone he knows on Jennybrook Lane.

• At 7:15 a.m., two boys were arrested at Heritage Middle School and charged with possession of marijuana. Both were released to a parent.

• A 33-year-old man was cited on I-270 South for driving without reinstatement.

• At 1:28 p.m. a 19-year-old man was arrested at Brownstone Drive and Hessler Circle for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a court summons.

• A 24-year-old woman was cited on I-270 South for driving uninsured.

• A 30-year-old man was cited at Fishinger Boulevard and Ridge Mill Drive for not having reasonable control.

• A 52-year-old man was cited at Cemetery and Leap roads for having an expired/unlawful license plate.

• A 48-year-old man was cited at Hilliard Rome and Tinapple roads for not having reasonable control.

• A 32-year-old woman was cited on I-270 South for improper display of license plates and unlicensed operation.

• A 37-year-old man was cited at Cemetery Road and Parkway Lane for assured clear distance.

• At 11:47 p.m., a 17-year-old boy was arrested at Scioto Darby Road and Veterans Memorial Drive for possession of marijuana. He was released to a parent.
