Hilliard police seized more than 130 marijuana plants May 21 from a residence in the 3400 block of Farley Drive.

Officer Hyda Slone said as of May 28, no arrests had been made but police are continuing to investigate.

A firearm and cultivation equipment, including lights and an irrigation system, also were removed from the residence, police said.

Chief Doug Francis said last week it was one of the largest marijuana seizures known to Hilliard police.

Slone said the size of marijuana seizures can be quantified in several ways, including the number of plants or the weight of dried marijuana.

This marijuana had not yet been dried to weigh, police said.

"This is the largest indoor grow that we've seen in more than 20 years," Slone said.

Police could not confirm any more details of the ongoing investigation because the search warrant used to obtain the evidence has yet to be filed with the Franklin County Clerk of Courts, officers said.
