Hilliard officers took a pair of reports last week about stolen jars containing money that had been donated to charity.

A container for donations was reported stolen between 2:25 and 2:40 p.m. Aug. 17 from a counter at a business in the 4200 block of Cemetery Road.

Loss was reported at $15.

A similar theft was reported between 2:40 and 2:45 p.m. Aug. 17 at a business in the 3700 block of Main Street.

Loss was reported at $11, and the victim was reported as Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, according to the report.

In other recent incident reports from the Hilliard Division of Police:

* Tools, clothes and a lawn mower were reported stolen between June 30 and Aug. 18 from a building in the 4700 block of Hayden Crest Road in Norwich Township.

Loss was reported at $1,638, according to police.

* A chain saw worth $259 was reported stolen at 11:05 a.m. Aug. 13 from a store in the 4100 block of Trueman Boulevard.

* A 31-year-old woman was arrested at 6:20 p.m. Aug. 14 for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license in the 4400 block of Cemetery Road.

* A 41-year-old man was arrested for OVI following a crash at 12:05 a.m. Aug. 14 at Cemetery Road and the ramp to Interstate 270 South.

* A Springfield .45-caliber semiautomatic pistol was reported stolen between July 30 and Aug. 16 from a residence in the 4200 block of Circle Drive. Loss was reported at $400.

* A 24-year-old woman was arrested for falsification at 4:55 a.m. Aug. 14 after responding to a report of a disturbance at a hotel in the 3900 block of Parkway Lane.

* Eggs reportedly were thrown at 12:55 a.m. Aug. 15 at a residence in the 4200 block of Trueman Boulevard in Norwich Township.

* An ID badge and prescription eyeglasses were reported stolen between 9 p.m. Aug. 16 and 8:45 a.m. Aug. 17 from a vehicle inside an unlocked garage at a residence in the 4300 block of Knickel Drive.

* A window reportedly was broken at 7:15 p.m. Aug. 18 at a residence in the 4600 block of Crystal Clear Drive.
