The Works: Museum of History, Art and Technology will host a two-day Holiday Card Printmaking Workshop in The Works Print Shop from noon to 3 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 26 and 27.
The two-day program is open to children and adults.
The cost of the workshop is $20 per person for Works members and $25 for nonmembers. The fee includes all supplies.
During the workshop, artists from Columbus' Phoenix Rising Printmaking Cooperative will teach participants to create elegant personalized holiday cards while learning the traditional method of letterpress printmaking.

The Licking County Courthouse will hold its annual Lighting Ceremony beginning at 6 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 26.
The evening will feature a holiday music program, Santa's arrival and the lighting of the local landmark.
On the music program will be recording artist Shawna Corder, local performer Hugh Price, Doug Moran and his brass quintet "The Heisey Brass," and master of ceremonies Dave Lehman.
The Blessed Sacrament School Combined Chorus, directed by Tammy Witham, also will entertain. Santa Claus is expected to arrive about 7 p.m.
The Elves in Action will be on hand to kick off the annual food drive. All food collected will be donated to the Licking County Food Pantry Network.
The Licking County Courthouse Lighting Committee members exceeded their goal of raising $18,750 to light the courthouse, making the annual event possible.

The Buckeye Lake Community Celebration Committee (BLCCC) is collecting new and gently used winter coats, hats, gloves, scarves and new boxed toys for children in the Buckeye Lake region of Licking, Fairfield and Perry counties.
Donation boxes have been set up throughout the area and in Heath, including at the Buckeye Lake museum, Eagles Lodge 2801, Moose Lodge 2068, VFW 1388, the village office, the yacht club, the fire department and the hardware, among other locations.
The collection deadline is Nov. 30.
"Woven Expressions," an exhibit of unique, prototype baskets from the Longaberger Concept Studios, will be at The Works: Museum of History, Art and Technology from Nov. 19 through Jan. 9.
The exhibit is a compilation of one-of-a-kind baskets created by designers in Longaberger's Concept Studio. Also in the exhibit are the works of basket maker David Richards, a longtime Granville resident.
