Nationwide Realty Investors announced plans this week for two new neighborhoods in Jerome Village.

Eversole Run and Plum Ridge Place are expected to add about 222 new residences to the development.

Seven neighborhoods are under development, according to information from Nationwide Realty Investors. Eversole Run, which will bring 200 park-like lots and larger houses, will be the eighth. Plum Ridge Place, a gated neighborhood, will make nine.

According to information from Nationwide Realty Investors, Eversole Run will feature mature trees, ravines, ponds and a creek in the heart of the 1,500-acre Jerome Village. Houses will be larger in the upscale neighborhood, with a starting price of $750,000.

"We are thrilled to be moving forward on this high-end neighborhood with so much momentum," said Brian Ellis, Nationwide Realty Investors president and CEO, in a new release from the company. "Our 1,500 acres are all beautiful, but there is something very special about Eversole Run."

Plum Ridge Place will add 22 high-end houses within Eversole Run, with starting prices at $1.5 million.

Plum Ridge Place is a private, gated neighborhood and will host the largest houses in Jerome Village. All will be custom designed.

Models for Eversole Run are expected to be open by fall 2016. Jerome Village currently has 11 other models open.

Much of the infrastructure is in place for Jerome Village and the developer expects 400 lots to be occupied or under construction by the end of the year.

Jerome Village extends about three miles from north to south and has developed more than 900 acres so far, information from the company stated.

When complete, Jerome Village will have more than 2,200 single-family houses and 1.5 million square feet of commercial office and retail space.

The construction of the commercial office and retail space will be market-driven, the company said.
