A generator, two dirt bikes, nine helmets and miscellaneous riding gear were were reported stolen between 6 p.m. Dec. 13 and 3 p.m. Dec. 17 from a garage in the 6000 block of New Albany Condit Road.

A garage window was broken to gain entry, according to the police report.

In other recent incident reports from the New Albany Police Department:

* Two people were arrested at 3 a.m. Dec. 30 after an officer noticed a vehicle with one working brake light make an improper lane switch on a turn and stopped it on Beech Road south of Worthington Road.

The woman driving the car, no age given, was arrested after she initially provided false information about her name and date of birth; claimed ownership of a "black bag containing used hypodermic needles and a spoon with residue and burn marks on it near the driver's purse'" admitted she was a "heroin user" and had used heroin several hours earlier; and had an active warrant for theft issued by the Newark Division of Police through Licking County Municipal Court associated with the ID card she eventually gave the officers on the scene, according to the police report.

A 36-year-old male passenger was arrested on an active warrant for felony drug possession by the Columbus Division of Police through Franklin County Municipal Court, the report said.

The vehicle was released to a second passenger, who was not charged and left the scene, the report said.

* A 17-year-old boy was cited for OVI and underage consumption at 1:15 a.m. Dec. 20 after a traffic stop on Central College Road at state Route 605.

* A purse containing two debit cards, a driver's license and a Social Security card was reported stolen between 9 p.m. Dec. 22 and 7 a.m. Dec. 23 from a vehicle parked in the driveway of a residence in the 4000 block of Chelsea Green West.

A passenger-side window was broken to gain access to the vehicle, according to the police report.

* A cellphone valued at $600 was reported stolen between 1:10 and 1:13 p.m. Dec. 9 from the New Albany High School wrestling room, 7600 Fodor Road.
