Some New Albany residents will have the opportunity to determine liquor sale options for a Miller Avenue business on the Nov. 8 ballot.

According to the Franklin County Board of Elections, voters will decide whether to grant 1837 Wine & Spirits Emporium, 121 Miller Ave., permission to sell liquor on weekdays and wine, mixed drinks and liquor from 11 a.m. to midnight Sundays.

The issues will be listed as 37A and 37B on the ballot.
