The next meeting of the North Side Health Advisory Committee is set for Monday, Nov. 22.

It will get under way at 6:30 p.m. in the meeting room of the Columbus Division of Police Strategic Resource Bureau, 1120 Morse Road.

On the agenda will be a presentation on the "Stop Killing and Injuring People" program by Dru Bagley, co-chair of the West Side Community Health Advisory Committee.

Other items on tap for the session, moved up to a Monday as a result of Thanksgiving, will include the election of officers for 2011, the potential uses for a $1,000 from the Ohio State University Weinland Park program, an update on the committee's website, creation of a new subcommittee for classes with the Helping Hands Health and Wellness Center free clinic and possible cancellation of the December meeting.

"The co-chairs invite all interested people to attend and to participate in the discussion," according to the announcement.
