An Orange Township business reported someone stole multiple high-end pet-grooming tools worth hundreds of dollars late last month.

An employee of a business in the first block of Meadow Park Avenue reported someone stole seven pet brushes between 3:45 p.m. Sept. 21 and 3:15 p.m. Sept. 22. The brushes together are valued at $500, according to Delaware County Sheriff's reports.

No force was used during the theft, reports said.

Delaware County Sheriff's investigators have identified a possible suspect in the case, according to sheriff's reports.

In other recent county sheriff's reports:

* A man reported someone burglarized a barn on his property between 1 and 3:45 p.m. Sept. 21 in the 400 block of South Galena Road in Berkshire Township. An air compressor valued at $600, a chain saw valued at $500 and other items were stolen from the barn after a glass door panel was broken, according to sheriff's reports.

* A man reported a burglary occurred between July 25 and Sept. 26 at a barn in the 6300 block of Steitz Road in Liberty Township. Someone broke in through a first-floor door and stole tools worth $305, according to sheriff's reports.

* A man reported the door to his residence was kicked in between 7 and 10 p.m. Sept. 25 in the 9000 block of Lake Ridge Drive in Orange Township. Damage to the door was estimated at $300.

Nothing was reported stolen, according to sheriff's reports.

* A woman reported a ring valued at $15,000 was stolen between noon and 12:30 p.m. Sept. 24 in the 5700 block of Delano Avenue. Sheriff's investigators have identified a suspect in the case, reports said.

Powell

* Powell police officers responded to a report of a robbery about 5 p.m. Oct. 1 in the 10500 block of Sawmill Parkway. Officers arrested Mikel A. Flewellen, 21, of Perdue Avenue in Columbus, after he allegedly stole three speakers, together valued at $417, from a business while armed with a knife, according to police reports.

A Delaware County grand jury Oct. 9 indicted Flewellen on one count of aggravated robbery, a second-degree felony, and one count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor, according to court records.

* A man reported the theft of $4,700 worth of copper wire between 3 p.m. Oct. 2 and 6 a.m. Oct. 3 from a residence in the 10200 block of Sawmill Parkway.

* A locksmith reported a customer fled about 10:30 a.m. Oct. 5 from the 700 block of Bovee Lane without paying for services provided. The locksmith estimated his loss at $130, according to police reports.

* A man reported a license plate was stolen from a car between Sept. 22 and Oct. 8 in the 200 block of North Liberty Street.
